Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mechanical Construction

What You'll Do:
Source and engage candidates for skilled trades, project management, and office roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and timelines
Own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing through onboarding support
Help refine hiring processes and contribute to talent strategy
What You'll Bring:
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Onboarding, or HR (construction industry preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
