Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for an Talent Acquisition Specialist in Lebanon, PA. Position is a long-term temporary position expected to last 6+ months, fully onsite not remote.
Salary: Up to $26.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle full cycle recruiting
- Provide outstanding employee experience while serving and addressing teammates' inquiries.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, record scanning, and correspondence.
- Manage employee programs such as unemployment, workers compensation, engagement, etc.
- Assist with organizing company events and activities.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous HR/Recruitment experience
- College Degree in HR, Business or related is required
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
- Proficient with Office 365 suite and familiarity with HRIS system softwareCustomer service mindset
- Possesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
