Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you'll take on a key role in recruiting and hiring top talent. This position involves full-cycle recruitment, strategic planning, and relationship-building to support the agency's mission of enhancing lives and communities.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: - Lead the recruitment process for open roles, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and hiring decisions.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of candidates through effective sourcing and networking strategies.
- Partner with managers to assess hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Assist in representing the agency at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to connect with top talent.
- Assist in building relationships with community organizations and schools to increase awareness of ServiceNet's opportunities.
- Partner with managers to assess hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights on market trends and recommend innovative approaches to attract talent.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and streamline processes.
- Complete other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Recruitment.
Qualifications: - Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools.
- Strong computer skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent writing skills.
- Knowledge of social services or human services is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Massachusetts as needed.
