How You'll Contribute:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of talent acquisition professionals, driving full-cycle recruiting strategies that align with business goals. You will work collaboratively with department managers to attract and retain top talent while ensuring equitable, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within talent acquisition.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and industry trends to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance talent acquisition strategies and workflows.
  • Oversee the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

What You'll Bring:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive talent acquisition and human resources experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team.
  • Proven ability to implement and improve recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with assessment/implementation of ATS and other recruiting technologies.
  • Familiarity with utilizing AI in recruitment practices.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
