About the Role
Help shape an exceptional hiring experience
We are looking for a strategic and systems-minded Talent Acquisition Enablement Lead to join our People team. In this role, you'll oversee the systems, processes, and data that support every great hire, from application to onboarding.
You will manage a small team and collaborate with HR, IT, and Talent leaders to improve hiring, onboarding, and scaling processes. Your work may include refining workflows, implementing new recruiting tools, or enhancing reporting on hiring progress, all aimed at creating a seamless, inclusive, and effective candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise our recruitment technology stack, including ATS and onboarding tools.
- Implement new systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition workflows.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with HR, TA, and IT to deliver system integrations supporting onboarding.
- Provide insights and dashboards on hiring data to inform decision-making and improve TA effectiveness.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with guides, training, and process support.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including change management and vendor oversight.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in TA operations, systems management, or enablement roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding platforms (e.g., ATS like PageUp or SmartRecruiters, CRM, HRIS).
- Excellent project management skills, especially in system rollouts or optimisations.
- A passion for delivering positive experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel, or similar).
