POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for administering a variety of operational, recruitment and employment related tasks in support of talent acquisition services and operations. Interacts with a wide range of internal and external customers at all levels. Intake and processing of all new hires from offer accepted to hire ensuring accuracy and compliance with Piper Aircraft Human Resource policies and guidelines.
Maintains a high level of professionalism while representing Piper Aircraft and HR Recruitment. Maintains confidentiality when dealing with sensitive applicant, employee, and position information. Complies with all government regulations and organization policies regarding confidentiality and use of privileged information.
Day in the Life
Assist with a high volume of recruiting activities, including, but not limited to, job fairs, in person interviewing, and day 1 onboarding
Schedule video conferencing and in-person interviews with candidates for Pipers hiring managers and interview panels
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure hiring activity is up-to-date and accurate
Act as a point person throughout the candidate journey and deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
Communicate professionally and always maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally with our candidates
Post jobs in our ATS and external partner job boards as needed to assist during peak hiring
Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting process
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting administration, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative roles; iRecruit or SAGE background preferred
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Experience navigating an ATS and other recruiting tools
Able to travel for the company to attend off-site events and support recruiting

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Two to Three years of HR support experience, preferably in a high volume, manufacturing or production environment.
Working knowledge of computerized program management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint, as well as an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required to perform the duties of this position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
The employee must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, be able to effectively present information, respond to questions from managers, applicants and the general public, proficiency in writing reports, and business correspondence.
