Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $26/hour with full benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across all areas of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to facilitate an efficient, effective, and compliant hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when necessary and process reimbursement requests.
  • Oversee the completion of applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9 verification accurately and timely.
  • Conduct audits of recruitment data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with hiring policies.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions for designated locations.
  • Schedule and track drug tests and physical exams for candidates.
  • Monitor background check results and follow up on pending clearances.
  • Manage on-site hiring records, including historical I-9 originals and job requisition files.
  • Assist in administering employment tests as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in a related field preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of six years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related area. Prior experience handling confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, including compliance and best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a candidate-centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and workplace dynamics.

Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid position, with the potential to require five days in the office per week starting June 1, 2025.
