The Principal Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in the recruiting process by supporting recruiting partners in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong administrative, organization, and communication skills, laser customer focus, and meticulous attention to detail.


Must already be local to Mclean, VA


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner on a daily basis with recruiters to provide coordination support
  • Deliver systems based recruiting management for our recruiting team, including requisition management, scheduling, and offer creation.
  • Responsible for scheduling candidate interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise
  • Support system-based remediation efforts and monitor issues occurring throughout the recruiting funnel.
  • Support ongoing efforts of data proficiency for the Operations team.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing ad-hoc reporting, data pulls
  • Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator role or at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of process management experience
  • Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data to support decisions
  • At least 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience with full lifecycle recruiting
