Talent Acquisition Coordinator


Location: Columbus, OH

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Schedule: Onsite, 40 hours per week

Pay: $29/hour with full benefits


Conversion Potential: Strong likelihood of full-time conversion - our last contractor in this role was converted in under a year


We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a dynamic and fast-paced Talent Management and Learning & Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a smooth and engaging experience for candidates while supporting the end-to-end talent lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume global interviews including phone, video, and onsite formats
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding including background checks, drug screening, and orientation logistics
  • Serve as a candidate liaison throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and support
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a high-touch experience
  • Support scheduling and logistics for internal training and development events
  • Maintain and update the Talent Development calendar and training rosters
  • Assist with event planning including room bookings, catering, and supplies
  • Track participation and collect feedback from talent development programs
  • Compile reports and data on talent metrics such as training completion and engagement
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or Administrative coordination
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams
