Scope of Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define ideal candidate profiles for each role.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including search engines, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, user groups, and X-Ray searches.
  • Identify and present the most qualified candidates to Recruiters for initial screening.
  • Efficiently coordinate complex, multi-step interviews across multiple locations and stakeholders.
  • Manage electronic candidate materials, including applications, skills assessments, and workplace evaluations, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
  • Facilitate a seamless interview process by providing hiring teams with relevant materials and candidates with clear, detailed interview confirmations.
  • Maintain and update job postings, including new listings and renewals.
  • Initiate pre-hire activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes and policy documentation as needed.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional maturity and adaptability, willing to take on challenges beyond comfort zones.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with senior executive candidates.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to respond swiftly under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
  • Superior attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset.
