Scope of Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define ideal candidate profiles for each role.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including search engines, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, user groups, and X-Ray searches.
- Identify and present the most qualified candidates to Recruiters for initial screening.
- Efficiently coordinate complex, multi-step interviews across multiple locations and stakeholders.
- Manage electronic candidate materials, including applications, skills assessments, and workplace evaluations, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
- Facilitate a seamless interview process by providing hiring teams with relevant materials and candidates with clear, detailed interview confirmations.
- Maintain and update job postings, including new listings and renewals.
- Initiate pre-hire activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Continuously refine recruiting processes and policy documentation as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while delivering exceptional results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines.
