Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Compliance Coordinator to support our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This role will focus on compliance-related tasks that keep the team running and assist with improving team systems, tools, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the I-9 right to work process for new hires in the United States.
Assist with preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary.
Participate on project teams as assigned.
Suggest process changes for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HR.
Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience using HR systems.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in an ethical manner, present a credible image, and accept and follow direction.
Strong experience drafting business correspondence.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelines.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a professional manner.
Awareness of governmental employment laws and regulations governing work hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, record keeping, hiring, promotion, and termination practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
