Overview

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate completion of administrative tasks in a variety of systems.

Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, maximum 20 hour a week
  • Part-time Temporary position, contract ends 8/31/25
Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Acquisition Team in administrative duties throughout recruitment process
  • Provide administrative assistance to teammates during peak seasons
  • Track and record progress of candidates through recruitment process
  • Send, receive and act on communications with candidates to support candidate progression
  • Collect necessary documentation to place internal and external candidates
  • Assist applicants with basic troubleshooting of job board and application process
  • Represent the YMCA at community events, such as job fairs, tabling and other candidate engagement events
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple daily tasks for timely completion
  • Ability to work autonomously in a proactive manner with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail with minimal errors in record keeping ensuring accurate data
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months' of administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Licensing, state law and our government funders require that staff within YMCA of San Diego County be fingerprinted, prior to reporting to work, and include subsequent arrest notifications
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (must include adult, infant & child) within 30 days of hire and must be from one of the following certifying organizations:
    • American Red Cross
    • American Heart Association
    • American Safety & Health Institute

Pay Range

USD $19.69 - USD $23.63 /Hr.
