To be considered, you must have experience in in the PAPER industry preferably in TISSUE.

Fantastic opportunity for a Process Engineer with Tissue or Towel (TAD) industry experience. Our steady & stable client needs a Process Engineer an engineer who will utilize expertise to enhance and optimize production needs while being mentored for a future in management.

Youll be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating manufacturing processes within the Through Air Drying (TAD) plant and continuously seek ways to improve yield and energy efficiency of the plant. Drawing upon your expertise, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating existing processes and facilitating system changes to reduce costs, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.

Qualities such as being internally motivated and results-oriented with strong leadership capabilities are integral in this role. Youll need to be a hands-on, technically trained engineer with working knowledge paper machines, converting equipment, and most preferably, tissue / towels.

Minimum requirements for this TAD Process Engineer position:
Bachelors degree in chemical, paper science, or engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tissue / Towel manufacturing
Organized / Detail Oriented Individual
Desire to be mentored into Management Positions.
