As a Recruiter you will act as a strategic partner linking candidates with exciting opportunities by collaborating with our internal recruitment and the division hiring management teams to create and execute appropriate recruiting strategies for all assigned positions. The successful Recruiter will also work with our social media team to identify appropriate posting channels and web resources to attract talent that will enhance Client's ability to compete in the global market. Key roles and responsibilities are: Perform searches in available external sources, create and search existing leads in Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool, as well as, develop posting campaigns within the CRM Review candidate's qualifications and invite them to apply or submit candidates who have previously applied to additional requisitions Maximize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) searches to develop robust candidate pools Conduct competitor analysis for candidate mapping and targeting Partner with our internal recruitment team and internal hiring community to understand the sector, industry and service line requirements Interpret the business requirements and translate them into successful recruitment strategies and solutions Identify, attract and introduce client to the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace by providing market intelligence, screening and evaluating candidates as appropriate Effectively communicate with the internal recruiting and hiring management team in to determine the effectiveness and status of the recruiting plans for each position Build and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates and external community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility Develop a network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and hiring team to help identify and source qualified candidates Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Leverage the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates Provide complete, accurate and inspiring value proposition to potential candidates about client and the specific role Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for frequently hired roles within assigned group Requirements: High School Diploma At least 2 years' experience in developing candidate sourcing strategies At least 2 years' experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview and selection At least 2 years' experience in building and maintaining recruiting relationships At least 2 years' experience in Social Media and Candidate Channel attraction Successful track record in all levels of recruiting within Applicant Track System Ability to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to meet business needs Preferences: Bachelor's Degree in a related field At least 4 years' experience in developing candidate sourcing strategies At least 4 years' experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview and selection At least 4 years' experience in building and maintaining recruiting relationships At least 4 years' experience in Social Media and Candidate Channel attraction ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
