T&E and Corporate Administrative Assistant Location: Norwalk/Westport, CT
Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000 plus (commensurate with experience)

Our client is a top-tier law practice - conveniently located on the Norwalk/Westport border - is seeking a Trusts & Estates and Corporate Administrative Assistant to join their close-knit team. Primary Responsibilities of the T&E Administrative Assistant: Trusts & Estates (T&E) Support
  • Prepare and organize T&E document packets pre- and post-signing (printing, binding, digital files)
  • Assist attorneys with client signings and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain and manage the firm's Will Vault for new and existing clients
  • Edit legal documents with precision and discretion
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding various estate planning matters
Corporate Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys - from typing and formatting documents to transcribing dictation and managing files
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls; manage attorney calendars
  • Enter attorney time into billing software accurately and promptly
  • Facilitate new client onboarding: run conflict checks, set up files, and input client/matter data into internal systems
Preferred Experience of the T&E Administrator
  • 3-5 years of experience in a law firm (T&E or Corporate law preferred)
  • Familiarity with corporate and estate planning documents is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and confidential
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves - no task is too big or small
  • CT Notary a plus.
