We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our team. You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success.
Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms:
Windows Server Platform
Microsoft Active Directory Platform
Microsoft Active Directory Platform
Microsoft SharePoint Server
VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Platform
Microsoft Office Applications
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
