Daily Duties / Responsibilities - Z/OS operation
- Z/OS support including problem analysis and resolution
- Provide technical support of the mainframe infrastructure to deliver high-quality customer service and meet SLA expectations
- Collaborate and liaise with other units, serving as a technical resource and subject matter expert
- Significant involvement in the upgrade of operating systems to new releases
- Significant involvement in the upgrade of third-party software products to new releases
- Contribute to research and development projects as required
