Payrate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge in various networking protocols and technologies, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions.
- Configure and maintain BGP, OSPF, and Cisco routing protocols.
- Manage Cisco/Meraki switching and Wi-Fi solutions.
- Oversee Cisco Nexus Data Center switching.
- Document network configurations and changes.
- Ensure network security and performance through proficient use of Palo Alto Firewalls and Global Protect.
- Implement and manage SD WAN solutions, with a preference for Cisco Viptella.
- Manage cloud networking, with a preference for Azure.
- Monitor and maintain network observability and performance.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network engineering.
- Expert-level knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Cisco routing, Cisco/Meraki switching, Cisco/Meraki Wi-Fi, Cisco Nexus Data Center switching, and network documentation.
- Proficiency with Palo Alto Firewalls, Palo Alto Global Protect, SD WAN (Cisco Viptella preferred), cloud networking (Azure preferred), and network observability/monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent.
- Experience with network automation tools.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$50.00 - $55.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
