Key Responsibilities In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Systems Project Integrator, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Assisting with project management, project schedule and cost estimation.
- Creating and delivering informational and decision briefings to peers, divisional, group, and enterprise-level boards.
- Creating complex technical documentation in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Generating and delivering briefing materials to gain approval of technical solutions.
- Identifying and managing technical risks including alternatives analysis and making recommendations to leadership.
- Managing and coordinating IT procurements including estimation, tracking, and execution.
- Managing project documentation in Confluence or JIRA, and MS Project, and ServiceNow.
- Managing requirements, including gathering requirements from users, decomposition of user requirements into technical solutions, and performing traceability of features to requirements.
- Managing the integration of multiple software and hardware components into a functional system by estimating, scheduling, and monitoring the execution of complex technical tasks.
- Planning and implementing IT standards, guidelines, and governance.
- Driving project integration efforts to completion.

CERTIFICATIONS:
Project Management such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or ILI
OTHER RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNOLOGIES - Experience working closely with customers to identify, assess, develop, test, deploy, and maintain a host of technical systems consisting of COTS, GOTS, and Open-Source resources uniquely integrated to enable secure online activities that regulate associations and ensure integrity and privacy of data.
- Experience collecting and assessing customers' online network and cybersecurity requirements.
- Experience developing and deploying tailored online network and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience partnering with customers to complete requirements for all required approvals and maintaining compliance throughout the lifecycle of customer's technical approval processes.
- Experience participating in working groups focusing on cybersecurity issues relating to assessed IT systems and devices, to include discussions with Sponsor IT security professionals and management.
- Experience documenting and training customer team members to effectively use online network and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience ensuring stability, integrity, availability, and privacy of tailored online network and cybersecurity solutions.
