Responsibilities
  • Monitor day-to-day technical operations and respond to urgent incidents for our North and South American clients.
  • Collaborate with the global Operations team to investigate and resolve service-impairing issues.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Handle client applications and services monitoring effectively.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming technical support cases based on urgency.
  • Maintain Windows servers and workstations with attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and in client-facing scenarios.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for US datacentre tasks.
  • Participate in the development of IT infrastructure roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Personal Skills

We are looking for someone who is independent, methodical, and enjoys taking responsibility for their work. A passion for learning and strong communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Relevant degree in information technology.
  • Experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Server Active Directory and familiar with virtualized environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS troubleshooting.
Desirable:
  • Understanding of LAN and WAN networking concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server OS management (GPO, DNS, DFS).
  • Familiarity with remote application service management.
  • Background in software development and production.
  • Exposure to audience measurement or large dataset handling.
