Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator/Project Leader for a robust technical development program comprising over 150 FTEs, aimed at supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs along with IdAM/ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management. The Systems Integrator is pivotal in orchestrating the planning, organization, and management of resources to successfully achieve program goals and objectives while adhering to scope, timeline, and budget constraints. This role requires active collaboration with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. The Systems Integrator/Project Leader will assist program PMs with delegated profit and loss responsibility for designated projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate self-organizing teams to ensure progress against Program Increment commitments.
  • Protect the team from scope creep during execution.
  • Remove impediments and coordinate with the Release Train Engineer for solutions.
  • Foster communication, coordination, and cooperation among team members.
  • Support and enforce Scrum process and other necessary frameworks.
  • Ensure the team comprehends the Definition of Done and the steps to achieve it.
  • Coordinate with other Agile Release Train (ART) teams and report status to management.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner(s) to review and prioritize features.
  • Work with Product Owner(s) to develop User Stories that meet Feature acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain information radiators for the teams.
  • Collect and share team metrics, identifying and implementing improvements where needed.
  • Coach teams on agile and scrum principles, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Observe team dynamics, recognize team member strengths and weaknesses, and coach the team to drive productivity enhancements.
  • Create an environment of fun and learning while experimenting with ideas to improve delivery.
  • Promote teamwork to achieve sprint goals.
  • Lead teams towards achieving agile maturity.
  • Develop requirements to support teams using Jira for tracking Epics, Features, User Stories, and Story points.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Typically requires a BS degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Experience serving as Scrum Master or Team Lead for software development or similar tech teams.
  • Ability to cultivate a strong, collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, VersionOne, Rallye, IBM RTC).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, alongside robust time management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment across diverse systems and groups.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience as a System Engineer.
  • MS degree with 15-20 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the Sponsor's entitlement management programs.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and AWS certification are desirable.

Pay Range: $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
