Systems Engineering and Integration Engineer with Security Clearance

Description SAIC is seeking a Lead for a group of Systems and Integration Engineers (SE&I) who provide systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services to our Government customer in a dynamic System Program Office (SPO) at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Roles and Responsibilities: Provide proactive support to the Government customer and related tasks in an integrated office environment (Government Customer and SAIC). Participate SE&I activities while providing programmatic and technical leadership. Develop productive relationships with Contractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other subject matter experts. Collaborate with our Government Customer, preparing, reviewing, and coordinating documents, briefings and data to help facilitate communications and decision-making. Participate and provide representation in meetings and contractor reviews, providing technical and programmatic SE&I based recommendations and risk assessments. Plan, coordinate and execute SE-related forums and meetings within the Customer office and Enterprise. Interact with other organizations in the Enterprise to coordinate and support Enterprise integration, events and reviews. Qualifications An active TS SCI clearance with Poly. Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline with 14+ years related experience, -or- Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline 12+ years related experience. Proficient at program/project management within the customer organization. Experience with NRO satellite systems. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, programmatic, and problem-solving skills. Strong briefing and writing skills. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
