The Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) International Integration Program Office (PMW 740) is acquiring integrated Executive Management, Business Operations, Case Management, Program Management, Systems Engineering, Logistics Management, Contracts Management, Acquisition Analysis, and Financial Management support services for its portfolio of international C4I programs. Support services include administrative and executive business processes and address the full lifecycle of the security cooperation process, including Pre-Letter of Request (LOR) efforts, FMS case development, case execution, case reconciliation, and case closure. For the scope of this effort, C4I solutions are inclusive of integrated Link 16 SoS architectures to satisfy potential PMA/PMW-101 requirements. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Systems Engineer provides engineering support, requirements analysis and verification, testing, development of networks, infrastructure, data architecture, tools, and foreign military sales (FMS) support to a federal Navy client. This position is located in San Diego, CA. What You'll Do Supports the National Maritime Surveillance System (NMSS) project and other efforts working under the Lead Engineer. Collaborates with each Project Lead under multiple Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) disciplines, such as C2, Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA), Aerostat, Unmanned Aerial System (UAS), Sonar, Communications Vehicles, and Microwave Communications Towers; ensures the individual projects can be successfully integrated the C2 systems into a System of Systems (SoS) architecture. Supports the Case Manager and Lead Engineer in requirements definition, analysis of alternatives, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning, and execution of assigned programs. Delivers and presents briefs to external stakeholders to include but not limited to Combatant Commanders, other Joint Services, Security Cooperation Communities, U.S. Government agencies, Industry partners, and representatives from the Partner Nation. Bid and proposal support if requested. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in an engineering discipline is required. At least three (3) years of experience providing systems engineering support to a Navy program office. Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Must possess strong time management skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking. Travel Required 25-30% travel required CONUS and OCONUS (must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. Passport). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Desired Qualifications: Prior experience supporting interfacing C4I programs such as (C2, Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA), Aerostat, Unmanned Aerial System (UAS), Sonar, Communications Vehicle, and Microwave Communications Towers is highly desired. INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $85,000. - $105,000. The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
