Description SAIC is currently seeking multiple Systems Engineers across multiple locations to support the Army's Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) to provide systems engineering, integration, and training to soldiers to improve working knowledge of systems to include capabilities, applications, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and operation in a network topology. AVAILABLE LOCATIONS: FT Bliss, Texas Camp Shelby, Mississippi Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide platform and tactical training using systems such as Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Joint Capability Release (JCR), Joint Battle Command Post - Platform (JBC-P), Global Command and Control System Army (GCCS-A), and new systems as fielded. Provide operational and technical experience, knowledge of current operations, and a proven history of systems knowledge. Provide technical solutions for sustainment of the simulated environment as well to analyze and troubleshoot real world situations that affect the MCIS system communication and performance across tactical LAN/WAN operations. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Extensive experience in Mission Command Information Systems. Prior US Army experience in recent contingency operations. Must be able to travel up to 50%. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (such as Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP+ CE, OR CISSP etc.). REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain. Must be a current US Citizen. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
