Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and a strong foundation in system architecture, integration, and software development. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in managing and assimilating vast amounts of technical information, contributing to the Advanced Technology Initiative (ATI) within the HPC domain. Additionally, the candidate must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) capable of driving Agile best practices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and integrate large volumes of systems-related information across system architecture, integration, software development, and HPC domains.
• Apply acquired knowledge and self-initiative to enhance HPC system design, performance, and optimization.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of complex system architectures, ensuring seamless integration between various components.
• Serve as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), facilitating Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles to enhance project execution and collaboration.
• Work closely with software engineers, system architects, and technical teams to drive seamless project execution and innovation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, architectures, and integration methodologies, ensuring clarity for stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in HPC, system engineering, and Agile methodologies, applying this knowledge to drive technical excellence. Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI Poly Clearance (mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Alternative options: A Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience (reducing the total required experience to 10 years). An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for a degree (requiring 16 years of relevant experience without a degree).
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Systems Engineering, supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. Strong background in High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems, system integration, and software architecture.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (mandatory). Security+ Certification (preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in system architecture, software development, and integration within HPC environments. Ability to assimilate and apply vast amounts of technical and domain-specific information in a structured and effective manner.
