RSC2 is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support Product Manager Information Warfare Cyber Infrastructure (PdM IWCI) in offensive cyber program initiatives. The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex cyber systems within the IWCI portfolio, focusing on technical infrastructure, data analysis, development security practices, cloud engineering strategies, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of the platform, often utilizing advanced programming languages and quantitative analysis techniques to system performance. This is an opportunity to be involved in the newly formed PM Cyber & Space and be a part of the rapidly growing Cyber Infrastructure Product Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world. Requirements Responsibilities: Collaborate with component teams, requirements owners, DoD component teams, and developmental contractors; the collaboration includes operational requirements translation into software requirements, designs, implementations, developmental planning artifacts. Support efforts of execution platforms including cloud, multi-cloud, system of systems, commercial/government software applications. Design, implement, document, and manage systems in respect to training, testing, automation, troubleshooting, DevSecOps, and CI/CD. Collaborate with the defense industrial complex science and technology partners. Conducts reviews and assesses developmental contractor software code to ensure compliance with government-provided coding and cybersecurity standards. Participates in government oversight of contractor software development activities, to include as a supporting team member in agile development paradigm activities (e.g., scrums, sprint retrospectives), develops software acceptance criteria, and generating recommendations to the government Assistant Product Manager; all require development, development planning, development/test automation tools, requirements prioritization, test, evaluation, cross-system integration, and fielding/delivery, and post-delivery support of software-based systems.
