Job Number: 265 Job Category: GovTech Job Title: SYSTEMS ENGINEER (SME) - CALIFORNIA -URGENT Job Type: Full-time Clearance Level: Top secret Work Arrangement: On-site Job Location: CA Point Mugu Salary: 100K-170K Background Serve as Functional and Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electronic warfare threats, the AN/ALQ 260 self-contained expendable digital radio frequency memory (DRFM) jammer, radar data, and test and evaluation
Integrate intelligence functions to create a feedback loop where systems collect intelligence that improves their own effectiveness while simultaneously supporting broader air warfare operations
Write and update intermediate and final technical documents including system requirements and design specifications/documents, white papers, and engineering notes
Lead project-related meetings (milestone reviews, status, design, etc.), and both host and conduct technical meetings and teleconferences Requirements MS or MA degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
Additional 4 years of relevant work experience, with a bachelor's degree, may be substituted for a master's degree
3-10 years' experience performing the duties described in the functional description
3+ years' electronic warfare experience
3+ years' experience writing and updating system requirements and design specifications/documents, white papers, and engineering notes
3+ years' radar data and threat experience
3+ years' test and evaluation experience Preferred Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Intelligence background and cloud experience
