Closing: 4/29/2025 FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to join a high-impact IT services team supporting mission-critical operations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional ready to contribute from day one. The successful candidate will deliver expert systems engineering support and end-to-end IT operations and maintenance (O&M) services across multiple Sponsor and partner sites. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide SME-level end-to-end systems engineering and O&M support for mission IT systems and networks

• Capture, define, and analyze IT requirements to support the Sponsor's technical objectives

• Identify and implement complex network architecture solutions across varied infrastructure environments

• Resolve IT systems and network issues by collaborating across diverse teams with conflicting priorities

• Deliver engineering solutions that align with mission goals and Sponsor security protocols

• Assess current IT environments to ensure security, identify future requirements, and provide technical recommendations

• Communicate advanced technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Provide responsive support for software and hardware operations, troubleshooting, and incident resolution

• Drive the delivery of IT services by leveraging proven IT delivery processes

• Engage collaboratively with all levels of team members and leadership to ensure effective IT service delivery Essential Qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle systems engineering and IT support

• Proven success in identifying, capturing, and translating IT requirements

• Strong track record of designing and implementing network architectures

• Experience working across organizations to deliver secure, efficient engineering solutions

• Skilled in managing competing priorities to drive system improvements and workflow enhancements

• Ability to analyze systems/networks for security and performance, and recommend improvements

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Hands-on experience resolving software/hardware operational issues

• Familiarity with established IT service delivery frameworks
