Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Level Systems Engineer to join our diverse and energetic team. The candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI w CI poly, CompTIA SEC+ CE or equivalent, and have relevant Systems Administration and Systems Engineering experience. This position requires full-time, on-site work at Fort Belvoir, VA, with no remote work or alternative site options. Networking experience is a plus. Primary Responsibilities Strengthen our Specialized IT team in addressing technical issues with secure advanced KVM and video display systems in an operational environment. Maintain an operational Windows/Linux combined Active Directory environment with a full security suite, file servers, and other administrative servers. Develop, assess, and maintain CONOPs and interface control documents from customer/product requirements. Support the full system development lifecycle, including conceptualizing, designing, procuring, building, testing, installation, operations, maintenance, and disposal. Interact with program managers and customers to define approaches and strategies. Lead trade studies to identify solutions that meet requirements. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Ensure the logical and systemic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Up to 10% travel may be required. Perform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience Current TS/SCI with CI Poly Security Clearance or above Current Security+ CE or equivalent Windows and Linux experience (troubleshooting, configuring, building, securing) Desktop and server troubleshooting experience Audio Visual/KVM experience Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Excellent people skills, including the ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Preferred Qualifications In-depth troubleshooting experience Demonstrated ability to excel as a problem solver Networking experience Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph Infinity Benefits Great Company Culture.
