Systems Engineer / Front

We are seeking a qualified Systems Engineer for a full-time position supporting the customer in Maryland. This is a fully funded role focused on providing design, analysis, development, implementation, and integration of secure and reliable computer applications and services essential to the mission. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the performance of customer applications and services within the customer environment. Respond to inquiries regarding software/hardware operations. Collaborate with teams to improve the utilization of existing tools across various processes, including intake, backlog grooming, sprint/release planning, test planning/execution, incident management, and problem management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Front-end engineering expertise with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, BitBucket, FishEye). Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into Jira projects and dashboards. Familiarity with Jira ticketing system and providing support for inquiries. Knowledge of back-end systems is a plus.
