Job Number: 212 Job Category: GovTech Job Title: SYSTEMS/BUSINESS ANALYST - VIRGINIA -URGENT Job Type: Full-time Clearance Level: TS/SCI with POLY Work Arrangement: On-site Job Location: Tysons VA Background Supports an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns Requirements 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Experience working within Agile software development environment Preferred Previous consulting experience Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) Change Management &Communications (Intermediate) Lean six sigma certification
