GDIT is hiring a Systems Architect for the Tampa, FL area. Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as a Systems Architect at GDIT. Our work depends on Systems Architect joining our team to design modern technical architecture for hybrid cloud, virtualization, and Software Defined Data Center enterprise infrastructure while advising our customers implementation of Zero Trust Architecture.

HOW A SYSTEMS ARCHITECT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems
  • Provides system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance
  • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  • May serve as a team or task lead
  • Recognized as an industry leader in systems engineering
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 20+ years of experience
  • Required Experience: 20+ years of related Systems Architect experience
  • Other Required Technical Skills: SDDC, VMWare, ZTA
  • Desired Work Experience: Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud Computing and Cloud Solutions
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance required (eligible for POLY)
  • US Citizenship Required due to the TS/SCI clearance requirement.
  • Work Location: On Customer Site in Tampa FL

The likely salary range for this position is $166,816 - $212,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
