Key Responsibilities In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Systems Architect/Engineer, you are an integral part of what brings our company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for and/ or have demonstrated experience in, with or using: Hadoop. Understanding large distributed data systems, cloud infrastructure, and network architecture (Hadoop, Kafka, HBase, or Presto). Cloud, data management, and development environments: Specifically, AWS, HDFS, Cloudera, and SQL (as well as Spark or Presto). Programming skills in multiple languages (Java, Python, and Perl). Multiple computing environments (Window, Linux, and Mac OS). Evaluating various data sets and incorporating a range of data triage capabilities. Providing strategic guidance regarding operational opportunities. Creating system artifacts such as Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation in conjunction with supporting documentation relative to data triage and analysis. Highly Desired Qualifications Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with; using; familiarity with: Working in support to multi-disciplinary teams supporting network operations missions. Familiar with the workflow and skills supporting a team incorporated of operations officers, technical officers, and operators. Supporting technical meetings in both domestic and foreign locations amongst stakeholders in direct support data triage and assessments.
