Job Title: Systems Application Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote Job Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Manufacturing Specialist to join our advanced engineering and fabrication team. This role is ideal for a candidate with expertise in digital manufacturing and systems integration, who thrives in high-tech, fast-paced environments. You will play a key role in optimizing fabrication workflows and implementing digital tools and systems that enhance production efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Develop digital dashboards using raw manufacturing data; ensure data is clean, accurate, and actionable.
Analyze fabrication workflows to identify inefficiencies and deploy digital solutions for process optimization.
Design and implement system integrations between PLM, ERP, and MES systems to enable seamless data exchange and real-time visibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and IT teams to improve and support digital workflows.
Document system specifications, configurations, and testing procedures to ensure compliance and effective data handling. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital manufacturing, automation, or systems integration.
Strong background in system configuration, analysis, and developing digital systems from business requirements.
Hands-on experience with process improvement tools and data automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and operational teams. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with manufacturing software (e.g., SAP, Aras Innovator, MES platforms).
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience with digital manufacturing in a prototype or high-complexity production environment.
