About the position:
This position is responsible for the support of servers, applications, and thehelp desk at the Donor Network of Arizona (DNA). The applications may bein-house, custom or vendor supplied and will require this position to gain ahigh level of understanding about each application. The position willcollaborate with other IT staff in supporting servers and other backendequipment and will have a clear understanding of the IT infrastructure. Thisposition is also responsible for working with other team members in supportingend users, resolving any issues they have and tracking this information in theIT Helpdesk system.
The Systems and Support Administrator (SSA) is responsible in part for ensuringthat applications run optimally, and in collaboration with entire IT Team plansand executes upgrades and provides administrative services. This positionrequires the ability to work as a team, review documentation and come toconclusions that will lead to the successful implementation and continuedproduction support of various applications. The SSA has foundationalresponsibility for end user support needs across the entire organization.

The SSA position also works with other IT staff members to complete specialprojects, including coordinating upgrades and technology roll outs. He or sheis part of the team that evaluates new technologies and provides input intopurchases. This position will provide input into IT departmental standards.

This position is involved with the management of the network and servers andwill be required to monitor specific aspects of each. This position supportsusers and equipment in multiple locations and may require travel and/or workoutside of standard business hours.

Qualifications :
High School Diploma with Equivalent/Relevant IT and industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree OR 5 years full-time IT experience
5 Years of Application support experience
5 Years of direct End User Support in Healthcare setting
1 Years of VMWare intro experience with on-going interest
3 Years of Telecommunications support
