FTS has an opportunity for a Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I) - Lead in Chantilly, VA. The Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I) - Lead will provide systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services to our Government customer in a dynamic System Program Office (SPO) at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Responsibilities Provide proactive support to the Government customer and related tasks in an integrated office environment (Government Customer and Prime)
Participate SE&I activities while providing programmatic and technical leadership
Develop productive relationships with Contractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other subject matter experts
Collaborate with our Government Customer, preparing, reviewing, and coordinating documents, briefings and data to help facilitate communications and decision-making
Participate and provide representation in meetings and contractor reviews, providing technical and programmatic SE&I based recommendations and risk assessments
Plan, coordinate and execute SE-related forums and meetings within the Customer office and Enterprise
Interact with other organizations in the Enterprise to coordinate and support Enterprise integration, events and reviews
Required Skills/Qualifications TS/SCI with polygraph
BS Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
14+ years' relevant experience
Proficient at program/project management within the customer organization
Experience with NRO satellite systems
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, programmatic, and problem-solving skills
Strong briefing and writing skills
Desired Skills/Qualifications MS Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
