Job Summary This position is dedicated to ensuring the continuous support of Agile practices and the standardization of tools across the enterprise. The role involves capturing and understanding user needs, solving user issues, ensuring data security, and supporting the deployment of applications. The candidate will be responsible for working closely with both business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable specifications for the development team, and ensuring the smooth deployment of applications.
Key Responsibilities - Support Agile practices and standardize the use of tools during the deployment of applications.
- Capture and understand user needs, addressing and solving user issues to ensure high-quality deployment.
- Ensure data security and help enable standardization across the enterprise.
- Evaluate system capabilities against business needs and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business teams and articulate both business and technical needs through functional and non-functional user stories.
- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze and validate complex data sets using SQL.
- Analyze, design, and test APIs with an understanding of contract-first API development.
- Actively contribute to strategy discussions and articulate decisions as part of a team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications - Proven experience in evaluating system capabilities relative to business needs.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Solid experience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficient in analyzing and validating complex data sets using SQL.
- Experience in analyzing, designing, and testing APIs, with knowledge of contract-first API development.
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and present ideas effectively to both business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work within an Agile environment and understand the dependencies between technology solutions and operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience supporting the standardization of tools and practices across the enterprise.
- Exposure to a range of API technologies or contract-first API development.
- Strong team mentality with the ability to articulate strategy and decisions clearly.
Certifications Relevant certifications related to Agile practices, API development, or system analysis would be a plus but are not required.
