Facilities Management Business Operations is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Systems Analyst to join our team.

This position's primary responsibilities to provide support and ensure that Facilities Management's ESRI and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software for FM employees and properties to bring efficiencies to business processes, departments and buildings, asset coordination for FM departments and buildings, KPIs to measure utility asset collection, business performance, and assist with written documentation for business standardization and training purposes for FM Utilities use and purpose.
This position will be responsible for five critical areas of business software administration of CMMS application:1. ESRI Support2. Data integration between ESRI, CAD, AiM3. Reporting and data preparation4 Coordinate submitting software issues to software company (ESRI and AiM)5. Train the trainer training as funding allows
The work schedule for exempt staff employees is whatever is deemed appropriate to meet the operational needs of the department. A 40-hour workweek is considered minimal for exempt staff members and such personnel are expected to work hours in excess of 40 hours per week when the work load requires such additional hours. Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain a personal cell phone and Microsoft Teams will be required to be continually available both during and after normal working hours.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Three years of related experience.
Have before hire and maintain after hire a valid driver's license. A valid driver's license must be maintained for the operation of an OSU vehicle, which is required in the performance of job duties as assigned.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically with Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficient with web-based applications.
Skill set necessary for the success of this position: This position requires a self-motivated, customer service oriented person who is approachable, respectful and can maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity.
Effective and professional communication skills. Must be able and willing to learn and adapt to new software, apply changes and develop new processes. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience related to Facilities Management environment at a medium or large university setting. Knowledge with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Capital Planning and Project Management (CPPM) systems with preference to Assetworks AiM software system.
Experience with process documentation and Microsoft Office Visio. Knowledge of SQL.
Four years of clerical/customer service experience. Knowledge of AiM work order management system.
