A growing waste and recycling services provider is seeking a versatile Systems Analyst to join their technology team. This individual will support the development and improvement of internal and customer-facing applications, with a focus on C , SQL, and QA. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define technical and business requirements
• Develop and maintain custom applications using C and .NET
• Write, test, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Conduct QA testing, identify bugs, and ensure software functionality and reliability
• Document processes, code, and application logic for internal use
• Support end-users with training and troubleshooting
• Assist with data migrations, system upgrades, and implementation of new features

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst or Software Developer role
• Strong proficiency in C , .NET, and SQL Server
• Working knowledge of software QA best practices
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Background in waste management, logistics, or field service operations is a plus
