The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

The Systems Analyst is responsible for offering extensive support to the HRIS administrators in HR and Payroll, as well as to end users throughout the organization. This position will support in resolving problems, responding to queries, and generating & updating reports. Expertise in this role must include the ability to assist in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of system changes. Additionally, the Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with the HR team to prioritize and address reported issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

•  Assists HRIS administrators and end users by resolving queries, troubleshooting problems, and creating or modifying reports.
•  Maintain knowledges & stays current with comprehensive system information to facilitate the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of system changes.
•  Collaborates: alongside the HR team to prioritize, troubleshoot, research, and escalate reported issues, ensuring that end users are kept informed of statuses and that outstanding issues are promptly resolved.
•  Leads working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
•  Identifies opportunities for process enhancements/improvements and recommends ways to enhance business processes and system configurations to streamline HR and Payroll operations, optimize efficiency, and maintain data integrity.
•  Develops and deploys scalable, flexible solutions that can evolve with future business needs in areas including HRIS Workforce Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance Management, Document Management, Time and Attendance Management, Security, and Reporting.
•  Actively engages in the Dayforce Community, propose enhancements to the Dayforce solution, and build a peer network to share best practices. Monitor new Dayforce features and advocate for relevant adoption plans.
•  Leads preparation and supports activities for system upgrades including review of new functionalities with end users to assess acceptance and designs strategies for testing and deployment of new features.
•  Generates and delivers data reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc requests based on business needs. Addresses Dayforce HCM data requests from internal customers such as HR and Payroll partners, hiring managers, and grant accountants.
•  Ensures accurate security role permissions and creates new roles as necessary.
•  Maintains and manages setup data, including organizational structures, locations, job titles, and work assignments.
•  Works collaboratively with the Application Specialist to address HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) reporting needs and provides support as necessary for coverage.
•  Document Changes: Maintains proper change management documentation to comply with internal and external audit controls and compliance standards.
•  Perform Audits: Conducts regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and system integrity. Qualifications Summary
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
•  Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with Ceridian/Dayforce or similar HR and Payroll systems. Skilled in support, troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting.
•  Experience collaborating with HR teams and end users for problem resolution and system enhancements.
•  Experienced in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
•  Familiar with scalable HR and Payroll solutions.
•  Actively involved in user communities and updates on new features and best practices.
•  Knowledgeable in system upgrades, testing strategies, and implementation with ability to lead/assist in various projects in relation to this knowledge
•  Proficient in creating standard and custom reports.
•  Prior experience in managing security roles and organizational data.
•  Experience with change management documentation and audit compliance.
•  Previous background in conducting regular audits for regulatory compliance, data security, and system integrity.
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
