Job Description: Systems Analyst
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
a Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this role, you will develop, manage, and support enterprise-level IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work across classic infrastructure, modern cloud platforms, and system integrations, delivering scalable and efficient solutions to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic IT Architecture Support - Supporting enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and applications.
- Support and maintain technical roadmaps that align with business objectives.
2. Knowledge Base Development - Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and procedural manuals.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for IT systems and processes.
3. Cloud Infrastructure Management - Support cloud solutions across platforms such as:
- Azure.
- AWS.
- Oracle Cloud.
- Apply cloud infrastructure concepts consistently across different environments.
4. Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Administration - Support Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Entra : Identity and access management.
- Fabric/Power BI : Data analytics and visualization.
- Teams : Collaboration and communication tools.
- SharePoint : Document management and collaboration.
5. Integration Management and Maintenance - Support and maintain system integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Work with tools such as:
- APIs for system and application integration.
- SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- LogicApps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Oracle Integration Cloud for enterprise-level integrations.
6. Classic IT Infrastructure Support - Perform ongoing maintenance of servers, workstations, and networks.
- Ensure reliability and scalability of traditional IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues as needed.
7. End-User Support - Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring optimal performance of IT tools and services.

- Microsoft 365 Proficiency : Knowledge of Entra, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Integration Tools : Experience with APIs, SSIS, LogicApps, Power Automate, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Classic IT Infrastructure : Knowledge of server/workstation maintenance and general networking.
- Documentation Skills : Ability to create detailed technical guides and procedural documentation.
- Oracle Experience : Any familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus.
