Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering is preferred; 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Job Description:
  • The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • This role will work closely with business partners, IT, and Product Owners to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with internal and external development teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • The Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing key enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O & CE), Power Platform, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and other Enterprise Applications.
  • This position requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of business processes, and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to development teams.
Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with business partners, IT, and Product Owners to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams (internal and external).
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, new features, and system changes.
Solution Design & Technical Documentation
  • Develop and maintain technical requirement documents, process flows, and data mappings.
  • Define system configurations and customizations needed to meet business objectives.
  • Identify gaps between out-of-the-box functionality and business needs, recommending solutions that balance customization and system integrity.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with system architecture.
System Implementation & Support
  • Assist in testing and validation of new functionality, bug fixes, and system upgrades.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping stakeholders define test cases and validate results.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, working with IT, Product Owners, and external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure system changes are properly documented and align with security, compliance, and governance standards.
Data Analysis & Process Optimization
  • Analyze system data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Work with business users to enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities within enterprise applications.
  • Recommend automation and integration improvements to streamline workflows.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Partner with Product Owners and IT leadership to ensure solutions align with long-term business and technology strategy.
  • Engage with external vendors and third-party developers to support solution design and implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O & CE), Power Platform, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Procore.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Ability to create process diagrams, system workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Experience working with development teams (internal & external) to implement system changes.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application-related issues
