- Coordinate end-user computer operating system upgrades.
- Assist Senior Network Manager with Exchange and Active Directory when needed.
- Assist Senior Systems Security Analyst with ongoing PCI compliance tasks and annual "PCI Report on Compliance".
- Assist Director of Technical Services with disaster recovery processes and documentation.
- Assist with software and hardware configurations when needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration when necessary.
- Manage corporate hardware and retain an inventory of spare equipment. Document available hardware including specifications, software versions, age of equipment, etc.
- Verify that all critical devices are backed up on a regular basis.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Assist Technical Services teammates as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required B.S. level or its equivalent and continuing education related to the position
3-4 years of related experience with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities
Thorough knowledge of IT functions, data communication theory and practical application
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
High School diploma or GED plus 4 years of related experience
2 years of related experience
AS/AA degree plus 2 years of related experience, preferred
