SUMMARY OF POSITION: Lead small projects and provide technology support to one or more operational areas (either within IRT or business units of the Medical Center). Participate in team planning, discussions, and projects. Emphasize task and project completion, according to specific instructions and implementation of known approaches.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with other operational areas to ensure the effective and integrated delivery of information technology services as required for assigned projects and routine operations.
- Lead small projects.
- Participate in project activities (e.g., research, scope definition, document preparation).
- Serve as an information technology liaison with the client community.
- Assist in the resolution of application production problems.
- Maintain application profile tables (e.g., configuration of HMC-specific parameters for an off-the-shelf application).
- Use vendor-supplied tools to perform ad hoc reporting.
- Recruit resources from other information technology teams as required to resolve problems.
- Responsible and accountable to comply with cyber security policies, standards, and processes in accordance with the Enterprise Cyber Security Program Plan.
- Formally document, design, manage, and/or operate in accordance with cyber security requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Associate's degree plus two additional years of related experience OR four years total of related experience.
