Job Title: Systems Analyst 1

Location: Seattle, WA 98101 (Hybrid Preferred / Remote is OK)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension depending on business need)

Schedule: M-F - PST Time zone - flexible but preferred 8-5 PST

Pay Rate Range: $30/hr - $34/hr

Job Description:

On Call expectations for weekends - this rotates amongst the team.

Two Interviews

• Video Call

Responsibilities:

• Workforce Management Experience is the most important skill
• Leads software configuration, testing and deployment in agile project cycle
• Serves as key resource in coordinating software changes across internal and external teams, ensuring quality of software and acts as gatekeeper of change control
• Effectively communicates by articulating messages in a way that are easily understood and can adjust content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
• Performs root cause analysis to identify permanent resolutions to application or business process issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Performs foundational maintenance and sustainment processes
• Manages small to medium sustainment projects
• This role supports scheduling for all of the stores - MANY people are impacted by this role.
• New stores are opening and will need this support.

Skills:

• 2 years professional experience in software delivery, configuration and testing
• Labor Scheduling experience within a Retail environment (preferred)
• Experience with Workforce Management applications such as JDA/Blue Yonder, Kronos, Day Force, Workday are preferred
• Knows how to construct SQL queries as well as how they are used to assist with data driven decisions and troubleshooting
• Excel / Microsoft office

Education:

• BA/BS degree preferred or suitable work experience as an Analyst
