I2X Technologies is seeking a System Administrator to support ongoing activities for a customer in Huntsville, AL. This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret Clearance. Setting up administrator and service accounts Maintaining system documentation Tuning system performance Applying operating system/COTS updates/patches Installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations Monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices for the program Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree; or no experience required with a related PhD or JD. Security+ Certification or obtain within 90-days of start. 3+ Years' experience with Linux Operating System Administration (i.e., RHEL8, etc.) Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible or similar technology Using Azure/AWS or similar technology Linux Servers, DNS servers, Domain controllers, network storage devices and HP or Dell servers Experience designing, configuring and installing information systems such as routers, servers, switches, storage systems and laptops. Experience deploying the complete DevSecOps lifecycle including integration of build pipelines, automated deployments, and compliance scanning using test driven development. Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (system hardening, log management, configuration management (i.e., Nessus, McAfee, WSUS, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS, etc. Experience with Virtualization (i.e., VMware, Horizon, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN) Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Requirements and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Implementation Demonstrated experience in the deployment, automated deployments, and compliance scanning using test driven development. Demonstrated experience with issue tracking tools such as Gitlab/VersionOne/Agility. Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required.
