Summary: We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS systems. This role requires a professional with a strong technical background, capable of handling complex tasks while working under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, risk assessment, and communicating results and recommendations to department management. Key Responsibilities:
Support systems administration tasks, applying knowledge of best practices, concepts, and procedures.
Plan and execute assignments, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish objectives.
Perform a variety of complex technical tasks with a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
Work under general supervision, reporting to a project leader, supervisor, or manager.
Provide specialized support in evaluating, analyzing, maintaining, managing, and improving telecommunications and IT system performance.
Design, develop, and test telecommunications software solutions, ensuring uninterrupted system access.
Analyze and resolve issues related to operating systems, networking, and telecommunications.
Interpret manufacturer manuals, detect and diagnose system issues, and provide solutions.
Train end-users on communications software and hardware functionality.
Maintain documentation, project tracking, and management reporting.
Coordinate system upgrades, integration efforts, and schedules.
Offer strategic and tactical input for network planning and IT projects. Job Qualifications: Familiarity with systems administration best practices, concepts, and procedures.
Strong problem-solving abilities, risk assessment, and communication skills.
Hands-on expertise in telecommunications systems, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to perform tasks independently while working within a structured team environment.

Must have DoD 8570.01M IAT/IAM/IASAE certification Education/Experience include: Bachelor's degree; OR
Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR
At least 60 semester hours toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR
6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Additional industry certifications may be considered as experience substitutes based on relevance. Position Type: Full time position Clearance Type: Requires a current Secret clearance.
