Key Responsibilities REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with: System administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment. Professional experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning performance parameters in the Apache/Tomcat Java Webserver environment. Defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDBS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment. Professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades. Identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies, Providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support Customer relationship management skills. Creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Highly Desired Qualifications Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include: Using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum. Working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation. Utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS and Linux environments. Moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance. Gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms. Professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
