Systems Administrator Senior

Our work depends on Systems Administrator Senior joining our team to Administrator to join our team in operating, maintaining, and managing the Mission Training Complex (MTC) End-Point Security Solution (ESS) across three network boundaries: Secret, Releasable, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The ideal candidate will also provide networking support, conduct security compliance assessments, and ensure all operations adhere to Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.

HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
  • Operate, maintain, and manage the MTC End Point Security Solution (ESS) on three network boundaries (Secret, Releasable, and CUI)
  • Provide network support by operating CISCO networking infrastructure to support MTC training operations
  • Implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
  • Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of relevant Technical Training
  • Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills:
  • Must possess current CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Proficiency in End-Point Security Solution (ESS)/Host-Based Security System (HBSS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2022.
  • Knowledge of CISCO networking infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to maintain security compliance and manage IT systems within secure environments.
  • Security Clearance Level: SECRET
  • Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in End-Point Security Solution (ESS)/Host-Based Security System (HBSS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2022.
  • Knowledge of CISCO networking infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to maintain security compliance and manage IT systems within secure environments.

The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
