Responsibilities
Orchestrates the development of a system of interest (encompassing hardware and/or software) through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk/opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications
You Have:
-Experience as a Systems Administrator for DoD contracts or programs
-Experience providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
-Experience optomizing system opertations and performing system capcity analysis and planning
-Experience configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems as well as implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
-Ability to provide Tier 1 & 2 support
-Knowledge of system administration interdependencies as part of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
-TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
-Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of experience with systems administation or a HS Diploma and 15 years of experience with systems administration
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,143.26 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,143.26 /year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of full paid medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
